M. Al-Barghash Trading Co.Ltd (MBTC) has once again prove its capabilities to enhanced and adopt new technologies by incorporating an HDPE material in the field of Oil & Gas On-Shore Maintenance Potential Projects (OMPP) in replace of RTR pipeline materials. M. Al-Barghash Trading Co.Ltd (MBTC) is proud to claim being the first contractor for OMPP projects to introduced an HDPE pipeline installation for Air Duct line as a conduit passage of air that would supply inside the cellar.

MBTC has developed an engineering procedure in accordance to international ISO 21327 and Saudi Aramco standard which will be utilized for the installation of the HDPE air duct line. By introducing this technology in OMPP project, it thus minimize the inspection activity and hence, it save more time creating more productive works on installation job. This also eliminates the fabrication of CS pipeline material inside the cellar.

By replacing an RTR material to HDPE material, it reduce the material cost while on the other hand, the quality of the material is not compromise as the HDPE material has a lot of advantage as well. In addition, the HDPE availability and delivery of the material is more faster rather than the RTR availability which eliminates the delay on construction work on site. This way, the operation cost and productivity is more efficient and effective. MBTC also eliminates the importing of the material outside the kingdom as the material is available locally in the market which give additional credit on IKTVA.

Installation of HDPE at Jobsite

MBTC has been successfully implemented and completed the installation of HDPE for air duct pipeline as a proof of its excellency to expand to meet the client requirements. The installation works including the inspection activity has been completed for four (4) days only, thus reducing man-power cost, time and materials cost which save more on operational cost of the company.

MULHAM — Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif, Minister of Interior and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Falcons Club (SFC), patronized Wednesday the closing ceremony of King Abdulaziz Falconry Festival in its 5th edition at the headquarters of the SFC in Mulham, north of Riyadh.

After the royal anthem was played, the ceremony began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Qur'an. Prince Abdulaziz watched a documentary on the most important achievements of the current edition of the festival, which included the Al-Melwah and Al-Mazayen competitions with a total prize money of SR30 million.

Then Prince Abdulaziz honored the winners of the final runs with King Abdulaziz Cups and Saif (Sword) of the King. He also honored the sponsors of King Abdulaziz Falconry Festival. The ceremony was attended by number of princes, senior officials, and those interested in falconry.

(MBTC) sponsored the Saudi Pipeline International Conference and Exhibition 2022 held at Dhahran Expo from 3 to 6 October, which is the largest international conference and exhibition event held with the objective of providing an environment for the exchange of pipeline industry best practices and expertise that can be used to optimise pipeline design and operational strategies.

For expressing the commitment to improving the pipeline sector through sponsoring this knowledge sharing event, M. Al-Barghash Co.Ltd Chief Executive Officer, Bargash Mohammed & General Manager, A.S. Sabha received the award from Saudi Aramco’s Vice President – Pipelines Distribution & Terminals, Abdullah M. Al Mansour.
The MBTC representatives said that the organisation must always strive to grow in a way that helps all other businesses and professionals in the sector and the whole community and sponsorship of such events is one way of achieving this purpose.

MBTC participated as an exhibitor at the 6th edition of iktva forum and exhibition in Dhahran Expo Center on 24 - 26 Jan 2022 to showcase our potential and explore opportunities for opportunities and growth.

Trenchless Technology Division:

We are adding one more Feather in our Cap. The opening ceremony of our new Trenchless Technology Division was held on 3rd Jan 2022. MBTC launched its first drilling activity on site by using Horizontal Directional Drilling technology with the latest and state of the art drilling set-up.
We witness the success of MBTC’s Trenchless Technology Division, being one of the contractors toown its drilling technology set-up which would utilize all OMPPD projects.

Our company has planted “500” trees in the Project Support Complex facility on 11th Dec 2021 and with over 130 employees have participated in this each one plant one campaign.
